Kitchen Operations Coordinator


Transitions’ New Leaf Kitchen and Café is looking to fill a full-time Kitchen Operations Coordinator position. New Leaf offers job training that prepares women and men who face barriers to employment and housing enter and thrive in the food service industry. The program operates two training cafés in downtown Spokane and offers event catering services.

The Kitchen Operations Coordinator supports New Leaf’s Chef Instructor by managing operations such as delivery schedules, inventory, and customer support. The Kitchen Operations Coordinator will also work closely with the Chef Instructor in food preparation for catering orders and training. The Kitchen Operations Coordinator maintains kitchen operation duties as well as food preparation and training. This role is an excellent opportunity to grow skills in several areas. The ideal candidate will have experience both in operations and food services. If you have a strong interest in learning, even if you only have experience in one area, we would love to talk to you!
