Transitions works to end poverty and homelessness for women and children in Spokane.

There currently exists one Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Case Manager opening at The Women’s Hearth. In keeping with Transitions’ mission and core values, the Case Manager at Women’s Hearth comes alongside women experiencing poverty and/or homeless to provide supportive services and access to resources.
