Transitions works to end poverty and homelessness for women and children in Spokane.
Transitions is looking to fill one part-time (32 hours/week) opening for a Bookkeeper at our Administrative Office. This role provides accounting support to seven programs that serve our community through childcare, housing, job training, and friendly, safe spaces for women and children to visit. This is a wonderful opportunity to apply your finance/accounting expertise toward an incredible mission at an organization with inspiring values.
We are seeking someone with thorough knowledge of GAAP and experience with accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciling accounts. While experience with nonprofit accounting is preferred, it is not required.
This position has the potential to be hybrid after the first 90 days of employment.
