Transitions is currently looking to fill a full-time (40 hours/week) Behavioral Health Clinician

The Behavioral Health Clinician provides counseling and care coordination, care plan
development and implementation, risk assessment and management, and assessment of progress for clients. They support the Transitions’ mission to end poverty and homelessness for women, children, and their families in the greater Spokane area.
