Assistant Program Director/Lead Case Manager – Women’s Hearth


The Women’s Hearth is looking to fill a full-time (40 hours per week), on-site Assistant Program Director/Lead Case Manager position. Our organization is founded on its core values of Respecting Human Dignity, Community, Growth & Wholeness, and Justice. We would love for you to be a part of our amazing team, located in Downtown Spokane. Remote work is not available.

The Women’s Hearth is a one-of-a-kind downtown day center for women providing community, activities, classes, social service referrals and housing-search case management in a compassionate and supportive environment. Participants also have access to phones, computers, internet, healthy food, hygiene supplies, showers, and a respite room.

This job focuses on case management for Hearth participants, spending time with participants to build relationships, crisis management when necessary, and interagency collaboration.

Everything we do at the Hearth is guided by our mission and all interactions with our participants are performed by trauma informed care.
